Modular Living – Procurement / Pre-Order in 3 Easy Steps

Step 1 – Choose Your Products

Browse IKEA Netherlands

Email preorders@moduliving.co.za with:

• Item code, name & colour
• Quantity
• Your contact & delivery details

We’ll send you a quote in 24–72 hours.

Step 2 – Secure Your Order

• Confirm before the order deadline
• Pay 50% deposit to secure your items
• We’ll keep you updated while your order is on its way

Step 3 – Collect or Receive Delivery

• When your items arrive at our Bedfordview warehouse, we’ll let you know
• Pay the remaining 50% balance
• Collect in-store or we can arrange courier delivery

Good to Know

• Delivery Time: ~7–10 weeks from order deadline
• Courier: Free to major cities for orders over R2,800 (fees apply for smaller orders & outlying areas)
• Stock: If IKEA is out of stock, we’ll refund your deposit within 3 working days
• Pricing: Includes retail price, shipping, duties, VAT & handling costs
