Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
